| Honolulu Cookie Company Opens New Las Vegas Store At The Forum Shops, Caesar’s Palace |
| (Honolulu, Hawaii. April 1, 2019) The Honolulu Cookie Company today announced the opening of a new retail store in The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, in Las Vegas. Celebrating this latest company milestone, Honolulu Cookie Company General Manager Ryan Sung said, “We are very excited to be opening a new store inside this iconic hotel complex on the Las Vegas Strip.” Adding, “With this third Las Vegas location we are further able to share the spirit of Aloha with people from all parts of the world.” The Honolulu Cookie Company first launched its much-loved pineapple-shaped shortbread cookies in 1998. Three years later in 2001, the original factory retail store opened and throughout the decade the business grew steadily adding locations throughout Honolulu, eventually spreading their wings to Maui, Las Vegas and Guam. By the company’s 20th anniversary in 2018, Founders Keith and Janet Sung, with the help of their son Ryan, had grown the business to 17 locations. “Today’s new store opening is a further testament to the wonderful commitment, spirit, and hard work of my parents and the great team that makes up the wider Honolulu Cookie Company family,” said Ryan.
